    Standard Favourite O'Neill Joke/Comment

    Hi everyone!

What is your favourite joke or comment from RDA as Jack O'Neill?

For me there are so many, but the ones that stand out for me are 'Wacko!!' from Window of Opportunity and the 'Following still you not!' whilst posing as though he is insane, from Lost City.

    Hi!!

My favorite O`Neill-Comment: No, but he plays one on tv. (when sb. said that Teal`c is a Jaffa) from Fallen in season 7. But there are so many cool comments that I can`t count them all.

    I searched for other ones:

Col. O'Neill: I'm not a big fan of that "bark like a chicken, cluck like a dog" stuff.

Hammond: You know that this is my car?
Col. O`Neill: You need a new pane.
(I do not know if this comment is like this in O-tone but in German it ist very funny)

    both from Fire and Water

I like most those comments between Jack and Daniel. These are the best ones:

    Dr. Jackson: Jack?
    Col. O'Neill: Daniel?
    Dr. Jackson: Are you you?
    Col. O'Neill: Yeah. You?
    Dr. Jackson: What?
    Col. O'Neill: Never mind.

    Yeah this is nice...

    Another one...

    Miss Kinsey open the Door...
Jack: Good Afternoon Maam...! I´m Mister Starsky *looks to Maybourne* and this is....Hutch...

    Or this one from Seth:

"I`m Larry, this is Moe and of course, everyone's favorite, Curly."

Mrs Kinsey: Well, come in Mr. Starsky, Mr. Hutch.
Senator Kinsey: Darling, Starsky and Hutch is an old TV show
Mrs Kinsey: (Laughs) Oh, of course....

    I liked the one:

"...I can remember, a bald man, who wears a short-sleeved shirt, and who's very important to me - [at this point everyone thinks of Hammond] - I think his name is...Homer."

Oh yes! Those were very funny too. The second one was very funny in the English version:

Hammond: You do know that's my car?
O'Neill: Really? You should get that window fixed...

Thank you, I didn`t find the original version.

Another cool one, which also apperars similar in season 10 episode "The Shroud":

O'Neill: See, now, I miss that. I have no idea what he's saying, but I buy it.

I like the one from The Shroud, when Jack mocks Daniel...

    'Oh, yes - Meeerrrrlin!'

I don't know the exact words, but I liked the conversation between Jack and Woolsey in The Return Part II very much:

    *Something explodes*
    Woolsey: What was that?
    Jack: Sounded like an explosion!
    Woolsey: What does that mean?
    Jack: Something exploded?

Another very cool comment from Jack O`Neill comes not from the Series but from a Stargate book:

Jack: "Sorry, I stopped listening when I realized you were talking."

from A Matter of Honor by Sally Malcolm

I thought it was very O`Neill-like and really funny.

Window of Opportunity, funniest Stargate SG-1 episode:

Col. O'Neill: Yes we have. [points at Dr. Jackson] No, we haven't. That's what you were going to say.
Dr. Jackson: Of course that's what I was going to say.
    [pause]
    Col. O'Neill: Okay, bad example.

Col O'Neill: Look, General, if it were just me, I'd agree. But what about Teal'c? Come on, is this the face of a crazy man!? [pause] Bad example.

    and then:

Col. O'Neill: What kind of archaeologist carries a weapon?
    Dr. Jackson: Uh, I do.
    [pause]
    Col. O'Neill: Bad example.

    Bad Example-day

Col. O'Neill: You know the worst part about this? Every time we loop, Daniel asks me a question…and I wasn't listening the first time.

Look at my Sig, Jacks ignorant comments are very cool and nobody would resent him.

Gen. Hammond: Colonel, what are you doing out of uniform?
Col. O'Neill: Handing you my resignation.
Maj. Carter: [shocked] Resigning? What for?
Col. O'Neill: So I can do this. [kisses Carter]

    Oookay, big Shipper-Moment!

Col. O'Neill: You know what they say, General. If at first you don't succeed, try, try, try, try, try again.

    *lol*

The most good commentars come from Jack. In every situation he found a good line to say.

    one from "Crystal Skull":

Col. O'Neill: Hey. If you'd been listening, you'd know that Nintendos pass through everything.

    As if he would listening!!!!

    One from "The Shroud":

Gen. O'Neill: Why!? You of all people should know that, I don't believe anything anybody says, even if I understand what they're talking about!

The best thing was, he could speak this so fast and even without to make any mistake. And than his look, as if he was surprised about himself to say this correct.
