Favorite SG-1 Episode

I`m very sorry that I`ve got no better idea but I think we need more threads in here. So tell me whats your favorite SG-1 Episode.
I for myself like Lifeboat and Orpheus from season 7 and Reckonig/Threads from Season 8. Daniel Jackson is my favorite character and I can`t do anything about it. Every episode without him is a lost episode.

Perhaps we can design more threads. This would be a very good idea, don`t you think?

there's many good sg-1 episodes:
so far, my favourite episodes are "lost city", "reckoning", "camelot" and "the pegasus project". for me, thats very good episodes with action, humor and fantastic special effects.

but there are other great episodes, too. it would take a lot of time, to list every one.

I agree with you on all of them, especially Lost City and Camelot. Great story, special effects and the musical score by Joel Goldsmith was excellent. It really gave the battle an epic feeling.

I absolutely love "Heroes". It's the most emotional Episode ever, I think. Janet's Death affects me every time I watch like its the first. Maybe that is because Janet was and is one of my favourite Characters...or I'm just too sensitive concerning deaths...I don't know...

Overs are Window of Opportunity...'cause it' funny and shippy...
Grace...it's about Sam and she's my favourite...

Just three out of many...like others said...there are so many!

What do you mean with complex?

I mean that you might have not such a big list of most liked episodes. (the german word is "übersichtlich")

No surprise !!! My most favourite episode is "The Shroud". I really, really like Daniel as prior. But during the seasons there were a lot of good episodes. I must confess I like the most of the better Daniel-Episodes. Maybe that's a reason why I don't like the 6th season so much.

Lorien: Then you surely like "Holiday", "Legacy", "Crysal Scull" and "Absolute Power" . I think the best seasons are the fourth season and the eighth.

"Holiday": YES!!!

"Crystal Skull": Again yes. We learn more about Daniel's family and his childhood.

"Absolute Power": Also, yes. But it's a while since I've seen it the last time. Maybe I should watch this episode again.

My favourite season is the 8th!!! But you're right (again ), I also like the 4th season.
And I like "Promtheus Unbound", "Evolution" and "The Torment of Tantalus".


Hmmm... I don't remember an episode I really dismiss, there are only episodes I don't like so much than the others. Maybe "One false step" for example...

Ah! This episode nobody likes but there is a fine arguement between Jack and Daniel so I can`t let it out of the series.
Most episodes of season six are not for me (you know ) and the fifth season is my second last favorite (after the sixth), because Daniel has just a little role, the Teal`c episodes at the beginnig are terrible and there are no outstandting episodes. Thats a pity, but Meridian can level it a bit!

Yeah! From the 6th Season I only like "Abyss", "Prometheus" and "Full Circle". It was to hard for me that Daniel wasn't there in this season when it was first shown on TV. But I must say, since Daniel came back, I've no longer such a bad meaning about this season. But it will also be the last of DVD's I will buy.

After the first watching I had some problems with the 9th Season (some parts were to boring), but after the second watching I like it more, so that I would say the 5th Season is also my second last favourite. "Meridian" is really good, but I was a little bit shocked about the end when I saw it the first time. Now it's no longer a problem.

Season is not terrible but the authors did not enough justice to the figure of Jonas. I allways say that he is too Daniel-like. If he had been a really individual character, it might have been much better for the season!

It's true!! But maybe this was one of the reasons why the Daniel-Fans screamed so loud that they want him back. And so we get him back!!!

My all-time favorite episode is without a doubt "Lost City" the final from Season 7! Mostly because i like space battles, and this battle was a blast! But also cuz of the very emotional scene at the end, when Jack is getting freezed. I was really sad for Sam in that moment!
